Superbly situated; 35km from Biarritz and its international airport (direct flights, through Ryanair, from Stansted), 35km from Dax, 45km from the Pyrenees, 55km from Spain, 75km from vibrant San Sebastian and 170km from Bordeaux.

It is connected by the main autoroute A10 from Paris, Bordeaux and Biarritz (sortie Benesse-Maremne, Capbreton) and by the TGV from Paris and the SNCF from Germany and Switzerland through Lyon, Toulouse, Pau and Bayonne.

Ryanair flies daily (and 2 x daily in the height of the season) from London, Stansted to Biarritz. GOOD NEWS -new service from Birmingham starting July 2008 - though may only be for the summer months. Booking well ahead can give you flights from as little as £35 return.
